Fees and Policies:

My fee is $250 per 45-minute session and I offer a limited number of openings for people who need a sliding scale. I collect payment at the end of each session by debit or credit card.

If you need to cancel, I ask that you notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid being charged for the session.  If you need to cancel with more than 24-hours notice, we can try to reschedule if that is possible. If not, the regular fee will apply and you may schedule an additional appointment at a later date.

Insurance:

I do not accept in-network insurance.  However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for monthly reimbursement for my services.  I can provide you with invoices with the necessary information for your insurance company to reimburse you. To find out if your health insurance policy offers out-of-network benefits, you can ask your insurance provider the following questions:

 

  1. Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?

  2. Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and if so, has it been partially or fully met?

  3. What is the coverage amount (or percentage) for reimbursement?

  4. Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered each year? If so, how many sessions are covered?
